Investing in People

WFSP is an onboarding program that prepares people to hit the ground running within the Financial and Tech Industry.  Some of the questions addressed in this program are : Inter-department collaboration, Key knowledge sets required in the different work areas, tools and technologies in play, people management skills, communication skills, applying agility and frameworks in play, etc.

We know people are the key assets in converting ideas to real solutions, but we also know without good understanding and the right skill set, this process can be long and unnecessarily cumbersome , and, in most cases there would be, distractions, people wallow in daily frustrations and sometimes lose sight of organisational objective and get caught up in the web of stress, politics and possible depression. This is about people and an onboarding program that gets people ready for the work force. 

In completing the WFSP, candidates will automatically be enrolled into our mentorship program for one year (A program designed to help you professionally, valuable and grow within the technology industry as you progress in your their career) The program is also opened to businesses who are willing to outsource their onboarding process ie getting people up to speed with relevant training thereby allowing managers to focus on other things. Let’s work together!
